iXept, Inc. is a privately held corporation in the market launch phase of its patent pending technology deployment. The initial patent was filed in 2004 and is on track for approval in domestic and international markets. iXept's patent application in South Africa was granted in 2010.

David Grant is a successful entrepreneur with a track record for starting innovative
companies. He has also held notable corporate positions with Fortune 100 companies.
Mr. Grant co-founded MedEfficient Healthcare Solutions, LLC in late 2004 and shortly
thereafter acqu ired rights to his former company MEDeMORPHUS. MedEfficient currently
provides software solutions to the healthcare industry.
Previously he founded and led Rx-Connect, a startup venture that was acquired by
PacifiCare Health Systems in 2000 and renamed MEDeMORPHUS. In the following year
as this new venture created $75 MM in recurring value on $4 MM invested. MEDeMORPHUS
led industry benchmark for physician adoption and in 2002 Microsoft and Intel profiled
MEDeMORPHUS’ eRx application during the Table PC launch.
Mr. Grant was recognized as InfoWorld’s CTO of the Year finalist for technology
innovations and has served as a Technology Strategist and IT Executive with Countrywide
Home Loans, Nestlé and Autobytel.
Mr. Grant is degreed in Physics and Electrical Engineering. He also serves as a
Board Member in two startups in the areas of Fraud Identification and Unified Wireless
and Wireline Communications.
